Janet Seapker (1947- ) was the director of the Cape Fear Museum from 1978 through 2000. As director of the museum she was involved in all aspects of historic preservation in the Wilmington community. Currently she and her husband, Ed Turberg, operate a historical tour company and work as preservation consultants.
