structure
of
stucco
over
brick
with a
handsome
three-bay
iron
piazza

Dock
streets
was
donated
to the
City
of
Wilmington
in
1924
, by
Gabriel
Boney
. The
sculptor
of the
two
bronze
figures
,
representing
courage
and
self-sacrifice
