Description	The Destroyer, Blue, arrives in the port of Wilmington as a crowd watches at the foot of Market Street. The building on the river is known by the unusual name of the JoWaHa Building, built in 1904, and named for the owner, John W. Harper (1856-1917), who was Captain of the Steamer, Wilmington, which for a time tied up at the dock there. The building was first occupied by the Brunswick Grocery Company, and in later years, the Durant Ship handler occupied the building until it was torn down in ca. 1982. The Union Café‚ at No. 2 Market Street on the southeast corner of Water and Market streets is also called the Eilers Building. The tugboat, Blanche, with a "S" on her smoke stack (possibly indicating she was owned by the Stone Towing Co.) is in mid-stream.
