Title	Dr. J. F. Robertson, Jr.
Description	Dr. James Farish, Robertson, Jr. (1888-1975), son of James Farish Robertson, Sr., M.D. and Mary Elizabeth Grattan Robertson, was born in Culpepper, Virginia July 27th, 1888. His first wife was Juliette Howard Albright (1916); his second wife, Dorothy Sanderson (1950). He was educated at VMI (1907), and at the University of Virginia (1909). He received his M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1907. He practiced medicine from 1918-1950. He was a member of ACS and the Administrative Board of Abdominal Surgeons. He was President of the North Carolina Medical Society and helped establish Cancer Hospital, Lumberton and University Medical Center, Chapel Hill. He died April 24th, 1975.
