Plaque Text	John Reston inherited this property from his father, Thomas Reston in 1853. It remained in the family until the death of Johns brother, William, in 1868. Mary Brown purchased the property at this time and left it to her son, James E. Richardson, who lived there until his death in 1934. His widow lived there until 1943. House moved to this site, April 4, 1977 from 720 Orange Street.
